Jobs In Earth Land, there is an organized system that Guilds utilize to intermediate Jobs, which Mages are able to partake in and receive reimbursement upon completion, most commonly by Jewels. Jobs vary in difficulty and are divided into different ranks. Divided as such in order to have the Mages distinguish them by the level of difficulty involved. This also helps a Mage select a Job that is convenient of their capability. D Rank D-ranked jobs are are usually taken by D Class Mages or Novice Mages and are the lowest classification for jobs. Though widely considered not being actual Mage jobs as they deal with local non-magical tasks such as bodyguard duty and hunting wild animals, these jobs are often one of the first a mage will take after becoming a full member of a guild. C Rank C-ranked jobs are just a step above the D-ranked jobs, though they are generally the same albeit with the chance of encountering magical individuals These missions are assigned to C-Class Mages or in some cases a Single or team of D-Class Mages depending on the job in question. This Job tasks usually include minor Mage protection jobs or magical security jobs and hunting magical animals, all of which will likely pose some risk to the mage, albeit, there generally shouldn't be a chance of combat against other guild mages on these missions. Also these jobs tend to take place outside of the guilds town, however not going further than the surrounding farms and homes. B Rank B-ranked jobs are one of the six job classifications. It is preceded by C-rank and followed by A-rank. These jobs are usually assigned to C-Class Mages and above. These jobs often calls for the mage to leave their Guild's town with most clients being targeted by other Mages. B-ranked jobs are also the introduction to jobs that effects a Mages entire guild as this rank includes Guild members vs Guild member combat as such Mages are expected to go up against experienced independent Mages or Guild Mages during the course of the job. A Rank A-ranked jobs are extremely dangerous and are off limits for any mage under A-class. These jobs usually relate to what is in a guild's personal interests, concerning, among other things, guild-or state-level matters and trends and are extremely difficult or dangerous to complete. Examples are guarding VIPs, suppressing dark guild forces or jobs that'll encounter any advanced magical beast. S Rank These missions are extremely dangerous, where even the smallest mistake may lead to a Mage's death. In order to undertake an S-Class Job, the Mage must be an S-Class Mage. However, an exception to this rule is that a group of non S-Class Mages must be accompanied by an official S-Class Mage. The reward for these Jobs can be rather large, with some missions, such as Subjugation missions, spanning into millions of Jewels. SS Rank These missions can be inferred to possessing a much higher level of risk and difficulty than S-Class Jobs. An experienced Mage must have acquired S-Class status to undertake these missions. The missions may also be given to an eligible candidate within the Guild that the Job is mediated through. 10 Year Rank As the name suggests, 10 Year Jobs are the missions that have been available for over 10 years and have yet to be completed. They are incredibly dangerous in nature. 100 Year Rank Similar to the 10 Year Jobs, these jobs are named as such due to the fact that the missions have been available for over 100 years but have yet to be completed by any Mage. Usually those who partake in these missions do not make it back. MADE BY KIROUKO OF GANGNAM-STYLE |
